Dukaa provides business management software including inventory management, point of sale, invoicing, and analytics tools for small and medium businesses.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payments

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We may change our fees upon 30 days notice
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
  • Interfere with the proper working of the service
  • Upload malicious software or harmful content
  • Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

6. Intellectual Property

The Dukaa service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Dukaa and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to your data. We do not claim ownership over any content you create or upload through our service.

8. Limitation of Liability

Dukaa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service.
