Dukaa provides inventory management, point of sale, invoicing, and related tools for small and medium businesses.

2. Information we collect

• Account details: name, email, phone number, sign-in identifiers
• Business profile, products, stock, sales, invoices, and customer records you enter
• Device, log, and push-notification data needed to run the app
• Optional camera, files, Bluetooth, and (on Android) approximate location solely to find nearby receipt printers — not to track you

We do not sell personal information and we do not show third-party ads in the app.

3. Sharing

We use Google Firebase for hosting and authentication, Google or Apple if you choose those sign-in methods, and payment providers such as Paystack for subscriptions. Team members you invite can see data allowed by their role.

4. Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by emailing privacy@dukaa.co.za. We aim to complete deletion within 30 days except where law requires us to keep records.
